Stopped at Crestview, Florida Legion, we had been there last year and met a lady who had served in the US Navy in Argentia, Newfoundland, she gave us free drink chits last year and we had planned to use them when we seen her again, we found out she died in October,2009, her (in memory of) plaque on the ceiling above where she sat at the bar usually, we saved the chits and had a drink, sitting below her ceiling tile! Then a few bikers came in, they asked who owned the vehicle from Nova Scotia, they said we had brought the cold weather, we thought it was time to get out of there! Stayed last night in Fort Benning Army Rec Area,located in Destin ,Florida, stayed here last April, but didn't need the heater then! On our way further south, probably Panama City tonight!
